In June 2019, ShinhanCard acquired Prudential Vietnam Financial Company, which was established in 2006, and changed the company name to Shinhan Vietnam Financial Company(SVFC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ShinhanCard.

SVFC operates credit loans as its core business by utilizing its network across Vietnam, and launched the installment financing business in June 2020. In addition, SVFC is positively reviewing various financial services to diversify its business.

SVFC plans to solidify its position as a leading financial company in Vietnam by pursuing continuous growth based on stable risk management.
